A Change of Place Rick Springfield
Great Movie!!! My honest to goodness last name at birth was actually featured as the the same last name of the Villian of this flick. How ironic it is that I selected to change it legally before I knew this fact. I have french ancestry as well and this depicts the city of lights splendidly. Here's the plot summary copied from IMDB and I would highly recommend this movie to those hopeless romantics and art lovers out there.

Kim Jameson is a student at a prominent university while Kate Jameson also known as Dominique, Kim's twin sister, is a troubled model working for the House of Shambertin in Paris. Kate is a drunkard, in desperate need for rehabilitation. Kim checks her sister in a rehab center, agreeing to fill up Dominique's absence. Many events take place in Paris as Kim finds herself dealing with all of Kate's problems including blackmail. She also falls in love with Philip, one of the workers there, when he finds a remarkable change in Dominique's personality.
